The Context App is a Visual NFT Marketplace Not Unlike Instagram

Context, a new Web 3.0 app, is bringing a social layer to the world of NFTs. The app recently launched its beta and allows users to easily track the latest developments in Web3. Essentially, it works like Instagram – you can follow wallets you like and keep track of what everyone is minting, buying, and selling.

“Our vision is to create a community-powered contextual layer for Web3,” the app notes in a blog post. “Context.app is just the beginning.”

Context app explained

Context claims to help users stay atop all that’s happening in the Web3 world. Instead of scrolling Twitter, Discord, or project websites, the app offers a single place to find all the information you need. Be it the latest drops from emerging artists, what everyone in your favourite DAO is collecting, or even what NFTs your friends are buying, the Context app aims to answer all these questions.

Furthermore, you can discover new NFTs from the activity feeds of artists, collectors, and DAOs you follow. You can also bid on and buy NFTs with a single click from the feed. Alternately, you can curate a list of NFTs to share with others.

The app will also have curated lists of DAOs, artists, and collectors so that you can discover new account to follow. “We’ll add new feeds all the time and eventually this will be a community-led process,” the app notes.

To start using the app, head over to context.app. Then, connect your crypto wallet, choose a username, and you are good to go!
